Position Summary

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to create meaningful conversations that uncover their needs
• Utilize your knowledge of Westpac’s products and services to provide excellent service
• Process transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Handle cash and other financial instruments in a secure manner
• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records and updating customer information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
