About the Role
At Wells Fargo, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team in Eureka, California. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Your Responsibilities
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and transaction processing.
- Refer customers to appropriate products or services that meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, including anti-money laundering regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a GED may be accepted in lieu of a high school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience as a Teller, Cashier, or similar role is preferred but not required.
