What This Role Involves

This role involves assisting customers with routine financial transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include making deposits, processing withdrawals and issuing cashier’s checks. Tellers also provide basic customer service and support the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Process cash and non-cash transactions for customers
• Assist with account inquiries and balance checking
• Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and other financial instruments
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive banking experience
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and security

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an organized and friendly individual who can handle routine financial transactions with ease. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic knowledge of banking operations. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
