Role Overview

In this part-time position, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating our team while ensuring the smooth operation of our store. As a key holder, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintaining a high level of customer service and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members to ensure exceptional customer service and sales outcomes.
• Manage inventory, including stock counts, receiving shipments, and maintaining product displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
• Handle cash management duties such as opening and closing registers, performing audits, and safeguarding funds.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
