Talent Acquisition Specialist

AAA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Costa Mesa, Orange County office. We're building a high-performing sales team and need an experienced recruiter to lead our hiring efforts on-site.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for our sales division from our Costa Mesa headquarters. Your work will span the entire hiring process—from sourcing and identifying top sales talent through closing offers—in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Source and identify high-potential sales candidates using multiple recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent
• Partner with sales managers to understand hiring needs and refine candidate requirements
• Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to keep the hiring process moving smoothly
• Guide candidates through each stage of the interview process
• Report on hiring progress and provide recruitment metrics to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience recruiting for full-cycle sales positions
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and hiring projects simultaneously
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Sales background or familiarity with sales operations is valued
