Take responsibility for the communities in our Site Manager role

Costello Property Management is hiring a Site Manager for our Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County location. This is a full-time position managing the day-to-day operations and resident relations that keep our communities running smoothly.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our Sioux Falls property. You'll handle the administrative and customer-facing work that directly shapes how residents experience living with us. This role combines hands-on office management with genuine community engagement—you'll be the familiar face residents and vendors interact with regularly.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries with professionalism and care
• Maintain organized filing systems and property documentation to ensure compliance and easy access
• Distribute notices, lease updates, and community information to residents promptly
• Process work orders and maintenance requests, coordinating between residents and vendors
• Oversee rent collection, verify payments, and process deposits accurately
• Provide responsive customer service to current residents, prospective applicants, and external vendors
• Support lease execution, move-in procedures, and resident onboarding
• Handle general administrative tasks that keep the property organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

• Experience or genuine interest in property management or administrative customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with financial records and documentation
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—with diverse audiences
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and a commitment to being responsive to resident needs
• Comfort with basic computer systems and willingness to learn property management software
