What This Role Involves

The SVP, Global Facilities at SitusAMC is a pivotal position where you will oversee the global facilities management strategy and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all global offices are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement facility-related policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global facilities management strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of all global office spaces, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for cleaning, landscaping, security, and other facility-related services.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality service levels.
• Lead the development and implementation of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale facility operations across multiple locations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control in a corporate environment.
