Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated surf instructor to join our team for the upcoming season. This role involves delivering high-quality surf lessons and assisting with various tasks at our surf camps, which begin in October.

Responsibilities

• Hiring out equipment to participants
• Teaching and mentoring beginner and intermediate surfers
• Maintaining a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants
• Assisting with the organization and smooth operation of our surf camps

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced surf instructor who can inspire confidence in their students. Key responsibilities include:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a surf instructor or lifeguard
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor individuals of varying skill levels
• A current first aid certificate is desirable but not essential
