Role Overview

We are currently seeking high-energy, passionate Fitness Coaches to join our team at Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC in Cumberland, Georgia. As a Coach, you will be part of the Orangetheory Fitness community, where we inspire and support members to achieve their fitness goals through science-backed workouts.

Core Duties

• Lead group workouts with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help members reach their personal fitness objectives.
• Utilize technology tools to track progress and provide data-driven insights to members.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment in accordance with company standards.
• Build strong relationships with members, fostering a sense of community and support.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills to effectively coach and encourage members.
• A commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.
• Experience in the fitness industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
