The Opportunity

The Westfall Local School District is seeking a dedicated and experienced High School Reserve Boys Basketball Coach to join our athletic team. This position is classified as an Athletic Winter Supplemental, offering the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of young athletes while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance in coaching boys' basketball practices and games during the winter season.
• Develop and implement training programs that enhance players' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure compliance with all school district policies and state regulations related to athletics.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for student-athletes.

What We're Looking For

• A valid Pupil Activity Permit is required.
• Prior experience in coaching boys' basketball at the high school level or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive team environment and promote teamwork among players.
• Pass BCI/FBI background checks.
