About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fleet Automotive Technician to join our growing team at EPIC Campers. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our fleet of campervans to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain and service our campervan fleet in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition for rental.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including parts used and costs incurred.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Automotive Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive maintenance and repair, preferably within the campervan or RV industry.
- Strong mechanical skills with a focus on diagnosis and repair of electrical systems, engines, brakes, and other critical components.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for modern vehicles.
- A clean driving record and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
