The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced automotive technician to join our team at Asbury Automotive in Lakewood, Colorado. As a key member of the LHM Ford Lakewood dealership, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles while ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical components, and more
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and costs
- Work in collaboration with other technicians and mechanics to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Certification from a reputable automotive training program or equivalent work experience
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
