Role Overview

The Graduate Sports Performance Coach will assess, motivate, educate, and train athletes with a primary goal to enhance their performance. This role is part-time and requires in-person presence.

<h2-Core Duties

• Assess the physical condition and performance of athletes
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual athlete needs
• Motivate and educate athletes on proper nutrition, recovery techniques, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with coaches and other staff members to ensure a comprehensive approach to athlete development

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sports performance, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A background in athletic training or a related field is preferred, along with experience in coaching or working with athletes.
