About the Role
The client is a highly respected commercial general contractor based out of Greater-Milwaukee. This firm specializes in various commercial renovation projects and is currently seeking a Superintendent to join their team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of interior construction projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports and change orders.
Qualifications
