Position Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead daily on-site construction operations for our client, a leader in commercial construction throughout the Oklahoma City area. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, maintaining documentation, and supporting field teams.

Core Duties

• Evaluate project plans and specifications for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with established plans and schedules
• Manage field teams, providing direction and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple field teams effectively
• Familiarity with project management software and documentation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
