About This Position

This role is pivotal for ensuring that all construction work adheres to project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for driving quality performance throughout the entire construction process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify that work meets approved procedures and client expectations
• Develop and implement quality control plans for construction projects
• Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure consistent quality performance
