Core Duties
- Construct and assemble framing components in accordance with blueprints and specifications
- Erect and secure walls, floors, roofs, and other structural elements of buildings
- Measure and cut wood or other materials to specified dimensions using hand tools and power saws
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company policies
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a framer in the construction industry
- A strong understanding of building codes, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and strenuous work conditions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
