The Opportunity
This role is perfect for experienced Superintendents with a proven track record in leading mission-critical data center construction projects. You will manage field operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality from project start to completion. Ideal candidates have experience delivering large healthcare or hospital facilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process in data centers
- Manage field operations, subcontractors, and schedules
- Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in data center construction projects
- Strong leadership skills, particularly in managing field operations and subcontractors
- Excellent scheduling and project management abilities
- Demonstrated safety and quality assurance expertise
- Experience with large healthcare or hospital facilities a plus
