About the Role

As Scheduling Lead, you will own the planning and programme management of large-scale data center construction projects in Impact, Taylor County. You will translate ambitious project goals into clear, achievable timelines, working alongside engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure every milestone is met. The position sits at the heart of project delivery, where your scheduling expertise directly shapes outcomes that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously refine detailed construction schedules for data center programmes.
• Track progress against baselines, flag emerging risks, and recommend corrective actions to protect delivery dates.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to align scheduling assumptions and dependencies.
• Produce clear reporting and forecasts that give clients confidence in project status and trajectory.
• Champion best-practice planning standards and methodologies across the project team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading scheduling or planning functions on major construction projects, ideally within data centers or comparable mission-critical environments.
• Strong command of scheduling tools and critical-path methodology.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex timelines clearly to varied audiences.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and the willingness to work on-site in Impact, Taylor County.
