About the Role
As the Street Outreach Manager at OurCalling, you will guide and coordinate direct outreach efforts across the Highland Park and greater Dallas community. The role is fully on-site in Dallas; it is not a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and oversee day-to-day street outreach activities serving individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with neighbors on the street and connect them to care and resources.
- Carry out outreach in a way that reflects OurCalling's Gospel-centered mission and values.
- Bring fresh, innovative thinking to how outreach is organized and delivered in the Dallas area.
- Coordinate with team members, partners, and volunteers to extend the ministry's reach.

- A genuine, demonstrated personal Christian faith and a calling to ministry work.
- Interest in and qualifications relevant to a Christ-centered outreach leadership role.
- Willingness to serve on-site, full-time, in Highland Park, Dallas.
