Comfrt is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team as a full-time contributor in the United States. In this role, you'll serve as the operational hub of our marketing organization, orchestrating launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives across multiple teams and channels to deliver impact on schedule and with precision.
What This Role Involves
As a Marketing Project Manager at Comfrt, you'll be the driving force behind seamless execution across our growing direct-to-consumer brand. You'll manage the complexity of coordinating launches and campaigns across product, creative, growth, brand, influencer relations, social media, operations, merchandising, and customer experience teams. Your focus will be ensuring alignment, maintaining accountability, identifying risks early, and keeping our organization moving forward without losing quality or focus.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end timelines and readiness for product launches and major marketing initiatives across all channels, including Shopify, our mobile app, and TikTok Shops
- Develop and maintain integrated calendars that synchronize marketing and product development efforts
- Facilitate cross-functional launch kickoffs and recurring project meetings to keep teams aligned and informed
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies while surfacing potential bottlenecks before they derail execution
- Build and document scalable processes, templates, and workflows that reduce friction and increase efficiency
- Create clear ownership structures so every team member knows their responsibilities and accountabilities
- Report on project status, launch outcomes, and learnings to leadership, helping prioritize competing business initiatives
- Partner with the data team to document decisions and insights that improve future execution
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing
- Proven track record working at a high-growth direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, or consumer brand
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex, cross-functional product launches and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with skill in influencing teams without direct authority
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfort building structure and processes in undefined environments
- Ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality
