Join CosmoProf as a Store Manager for our Happy Beauty, Co. location in Pooler, Chatham County, Georgia. We're looking for an experienced retail leader to drive sales, build an exceptional team, and create a welcoming shopping environment where customers discover beauty products they love. This is a full-time position reporting to the district manager.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead daily operations for a high-volume beauty retail location, overseeing everything from team management and inventory control to customer service and sales performance. Your focus: making beauty accessible, fun, and approachable for every customer who walks through the door. You'll mentor your team, maintain visual standards, and drive profitability while building a culture where shopping for cosmetics feels like discovery, not a chore.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Drive sales revenue and meet or exceed store targets through team engagement and customer-focused selling
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, loss prevention, and stock placement to maximize product visibility
• Create an inviting in-store experience through merchandising, cleanliness, and organized product displays
• Handle cash reconciliation, POS systems, and daily closing procedures
• Build customer loyalty by coaching your team on product knowledge and consultative sales techniques
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Communicate regularly with district management on performance, staffing, and operational challenges

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or specialty retail
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, train, and develop team members
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales and meeting financial targets
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification a plus
