What This Role Involves
As a Store Floor Lead at Sur La Table, you will play a key role in the success of the retail store by inspiring customers throughout every stage of their culinary experience. You will support the General Manager (GM) or Store Manager (SM) in achieving sales and operational goals while serving as the Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as MOD
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement, communicating performance issues directly to the GM/SM
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates

- Create memorable, educational experiences that inspire customers and represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture
- Drive digital growth and provide vital behind-the-scenes support to the store operations
- Elevate team performance through coaching and feedback
- Ensure a #bestincenter customer experience by maintaining high standards of service
