What You'll Do
- Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of a high-performing team to meet the store's culinary needs.
- Lead, coach, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations and maintain a positive team culture.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement. Communicate performance issues directly to the General Manager/Store Manager.
- Create memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty by representing Sur La Table’s brand and culture.
Qualifications
Experience in culinary arts or related fields is essential. A passion for cooking and sharing knowledge with customers is a must. Strong leadership skills, the ability to train and mentor others, and excellent communication abilities are required. Additionally, candidates should have experience driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
