About the Role
As the Toppings Floor Lead on 1st shift, you're the operational leader of your production area. You'll manage team performance, coordinate workstation assignments, and drive consistent adherence to compliance standards. You act as the bridge between frontline team members and management, identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions to keep the toppings line running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coach team members in toppings production, providing clear direction and performance feedback
- Assign team members to workstations based on production demands and individual capabilities
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across the toppings floor, conducting regular compliance checks
- Monitor production targets and workflow efficiency, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Train new and existing team members on equipment operation, procedures, and best practices
- Report production updates, challenges, and team needs to management
- Drive operational improvements by recommending efficiency enhancements
