Position Summary

The Stewarding Manager at AccorHotel in India (nationwide) (nationwide) is responsible for overseeing and assigning detailed duties to all employees under their supervision. This includes external contracted employees. The role involves preparing work schedules using computerized schedule planners and obtaining weekly approval for overtime and vacation requests.

Your Responsibilities

• Assign specific duties to all employees, including external contracted staff, ensuring clear instructions on their roles and responsibilities.
• Create and manage the work schedule using advanced scheduling tools, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
<li Obtain weekly approval for overtime and vacation requests from the Executive Chef.
• Submit weekly payroll and overtime reports for review by the Executive Chef.
• Ensure personal cleanliness standards are met among all employees to maintain high hygiene standards in the hotel environment.

• A proven track record in managing a team of stewards or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate staff.
• Familiarity with computerized scheduling tools and payroll systems.
