About the Role
As a Steel Project Manager, you will own the direction and day-to-day leadership of a complete construction project or a defined scope within a larger, more intricate build. Working hand in hand with the Project Superintendent, you will drive execution from planning through close-out, taking responsibility for the operational and administrative health of the work in West Lake Hills and the surrounding Austin region.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the overall direction and provide leadership for an entire steel construction project or a portion of a larger, complex one.
- Coordinate closely with the Project Superintendent to keep field and office efforts aligned.
- Implement and oversee the full operation and administration of the project.
- Manage schedules, documentation, and project controls to keep delivery on track.
- Champion safety, quality, and accountability across every phase of the build.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing structural steel or commercial construction projects.
- Ability to lead a project independently while partnering effectively with site superintendents and trade teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills suited to project-level oversight.
- Willingness to work on-site in West Lake Hills, Travis County (this is not a remote position).
Compensation
- Base salary range of $98,718 to $123,398, full-time.
