Staff Product and Partner Marketing Manager

Acceldata is seeking a Staff Product and Partner Marketing Manager to join its marketing leadership team in California. In this full-time, on-site role reporting directly to the CMO, you'll drive product marketing strategy and partner enablement initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue impact across the organization.

About the Role

As an individual contributor at the staff level, you'll own the strategic direction of product marketing while scaling partner marketing channels. This is a hands-on leadership role where your work translates directly into measurable business results, blending deep product expertise with channel partnership strategy to reach and convert target customers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategy, including market positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market campaigns that resonate with buyer personas
• Create product marketing collateral and sales enablement resources that arm teams with the insights and tools needed to close deals
• Build and manage partner marketing programs that leverage technology partners, resellers, and complementary vendors to expand market reach
• Drive partner engagement through joint campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and channel enablement that generate qualified leads
• Collaborate with product, sales, and revenue operations teams to align messaging, support deal acceleration, and track pipeline impact
• Own the competitive intelligence and market positioning strategy to differentiate Acceldata in its space

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with proven success in product marketing and/or partner marketing at growing technology companies
• Track record of developing marketing strategies that directly influenced revenue and pipeline growth
• Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer narratives
• Experience building and scaling partner marketing programs, with demonstrated channel marketing success
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
