About the Role
As the SSVF Carolinas Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program within the Carolinas. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will supervise case managers while helping veteran households move toward housing stability. This is a non-exempt position that offers telework capacity, with travel throughout the Carolinas required as program needs arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of case managers delivering SSVF services to veteran families.
- Coordinate program activities to ensure veterans receive timely, high-quality supportive services.
- Monitor case progress and outcomes, supporting staff in meeting performance and compliance goals.
- Partner with the Assistant Director to strengthen program delivery across the Carolinas.
- Travel across the Carolinas region as needed to support clients, staff, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in case management, social services, or veteran-focused programs.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory ability, with a talent for mentoring frontline staff.
- Strong organizational and communication skills suited to a collaborative team environment.
