What You'll Do
As overnight shift support staff, you will:
- Provide direct support and assistance to residents during evening and nighttime hours
- Ensure safety and security of the shelter environment
- Respond compassionately to resident needs and concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
- Support residents in accessing resources and services
- Work collaboratively with the shelter team to provide quality care
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We're Looking For
