Demand Marketing Manager, Science (Remote)

About the Role

As Demand Marketing Manager for our Science division, you'll own both the strategy and hands-on execution of campaigns designed to build awareness, generate qualified leads, and fuel revenue growth. What You'll Do

• Develop and launch integrated demand generation campaigns targeting science educators, academic institutions, and learning administrators
• Build marketing funnels and nurture sequences that move prospects through the buyer journey
• Manage multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, digital advertising, content promotion, webinars, and strategic partnerships
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM data to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with sales, product, and content teams to align messaging, positioning, and campaign timing with market demand
• Develop and refine value propositions that resonate with science educators and institutional decision-makers
• Stay informed about trends in educational technology, science curriculum innovation, and demand generation methodologies

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years driving demand generation or marketing management success, ideally in education, SaaS, or B2B sectors
• Proven track record launching campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Strong project management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Excellent communicator who can translate strategy into clear, compelling messaging
• Experience in or knowledge of K-12 or higher education markets (preferred)
• Remote-ready professional who manages priorities independently and thrives with autonomy
