Sr. Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing – Energy, Entertainment & Events

KFC is seeking a Senior Associate Manager of Integrated Marketing for a full-time position in East Irvine, Orange County. In this role, you'll lead marketing strategy and execution across energy, entertainment, and event partnerships that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate Manager of Integrated Marketing, you'll develop and oversee comprehensive campaigns that connect KFC with customers through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential initiatives in the energy, entertainment, and events sectors. You'll drive brand visibility and impact while serving as a key marketing leader collaborating across departments to ensure consistent messaging and measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Conceive and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging energy, entertainment, and event platforms to reach and engage target audiences
• Manage partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring KFC's brand presence, positioning, and messaging align with marketing objectives
• Develop event marketing strategies and tactics that enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and loyalty
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and communications teams to deliver cohesive multi-channel campaigns
• Track campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify growth opportunities
• Oversee marketing project budgets and allocate resources efficiently across initiatives
• Mentor and support marketing team members in professional development

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with proven success in integrated marketing, partnership marketing, or related roles
• Strong background in event marketing, sponsorship management, or entertainment partnerships
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and competitive market analysis
• Experience leveraging marketing analytics and data insights to inform decisions
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
