About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment within the kitchen and bath design industry. You'll be the design consultant our clients trust, guiding them through product selection, design options, and project coordination. Working directly with trade professionals and end clients, you'll make a real impact on spaces that matter to people's daily lives.

What You'll Do

• Conduct design consultations with contractors, builders, interior designers, and homeowners
• Assess project scopes and recommend kitchen and bath products, fixtures, finishes, and layouts
• Present design solutions tailored to client preferences, project requirements, and budgets
• Stay informed of current design trends, product innovations, and industry standards
• Guide clients through the selection, ordering, and coordination process from start to finish
• Develop and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, and repeat clients
• Provide expert advice on product compatibility, materials, and installation considerations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in kitchen and bath design or related design field
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath products, materials, fixtures, and design options
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Comfort working with construction and design professionals as well as end consumers
• Ability to balance client preferences with practical and budget constraints
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
