Role Overview

As a Caseworker specialising in Patient Support & Services, you'll play a central role in enabling timely reimbursement outcomes and supporting customer operations across healthcare coverage workflows. Your work ensures patients receive the help they need by streamlining documentation processes, resolving access barriers, and maintaining clear communication throughout the case lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate reimbursement workflows to ensure prompt, precise processing of insurance and benefits submissions
  • Organise benefits documentation, case tracking, follow-up actions, and patient support communications to move cases forward
  • Identify and resolve routine reimbursement gaps, documentation issues, and workflow exceptions that delay access outcomes
  • Maintain detailed case records, documentation standards, and system entries to enable operational oversight and reporting accuracy
  • Track reimbursement patterns and recurring challenges to identify emerging issues and support continuous service improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to align communications, clarify insurance requirements, and resolve cases efficiently
  • Support operational enhancements and process refinements that strengthen scalable patient support services

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in reimbursement support, patient services, healthcare operations, claims coordination, customer services, or a related function
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and documentation requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency with case management or healthcare documentation systems
  • Preferred: certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer service, healthcare process improvement, or customer relationship management systems
