Key Responsibilities Facilitate reimbursement workflows to ensure prompt, precise processing of insurance and benefits submissions Organise benefits documentation, case tracking, follow-up actions, and patient support communications to move cases forward Identify and resolve routine reimbursement gaps, documentation issues, and workflow exceptions that delay access outcomes Maintain detailed case records, documentation standards, and system entries to enable operational oversight and reporting accuracy Track reimbursement patterns and recurring challenges to identify emerging issues and support continuous service improvement Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to align communications, clarify insurance requirements, and resolve cases efficiently Support operational enhancements and process refinements that strengthen scalable patient support services What You Bring High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years' experience in reimbursement support, patient services, healthcare operations, claims coordination, customer services, or a related function Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and documentation requirements Excellent written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder engagement Proficiency with case management or healthcare documentation systems Preferred: certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer service, healthcare process improvement, or customer relationship management systems About AmerisourceBergen AmerisourceBergen is at the centre of healthcare, connecting patients, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical suppliers to improve health outcomes.
