Communications Specialist 4

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Communications Specialist 4 in Redmond, King County to support an innovative gaming and technology company's influencer marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position combining strategic communication, social media coordination, and program support for a high-impact influencer partnership team.

About the Role

As a Communications Specialist 4 within the Marketing and Social Media Support Department, you'll lead communications that connect the organization with influencer partners and target audiences. You'll manage messaging, coordinate content strategy, and ensure clear communication across channels to drive the success of the influencer program.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen relationships with influencer collaborators
• Coordinate social media content calendars and messaging across multiple platforms
• Create and refine written communications for internal teams and external stakeholder audiences
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflow coordination for influencer campaigns
• Track program metrics and feedback to inform communication optimization
• Partner with marketing leadership to align influencer messaging with company goals
• Support campaign launches, promotional activities, and partnership events
