What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop coordinated care plans with the healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring patient response
- Track vital signs and clinical indicators, reporting significant changes to physicians
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility within safety protocols
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and medical records
- Educate patients and their families on recovery milestones and discharge preparation
- Coordinate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical staff to support rehabilitation goals
What We're Looking For
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for your state of employment
- Dedication to patient-centered care and professional nursing standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to manage multiple patient assignments with precision and focus
- Emotional resilience and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or comparable organization
