The Opportunity

Bannerbank is seeking a Small Business Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service while engaging in various sales and service activities within branch locations. Your responsibilities include consulting with clients to educate them on bank products and services, processing routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently, opening and maintaining client accounts, addressing client requests promptly, and assisting in the branch lending process.

What You'll Do

  • Process a variety of routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Open and maintain client accounts and address client requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in branch lending processes by accepting applications, answering client questions, and booking loans.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
  • Experience in sales and service within a financial institution is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
