What This Role Involves
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the health and performance of our SBA lending portfolio. You'll work closely with the SBA Portfolio Manager and Business Development Officers to ensure loans are properly monitored, required documentation is maintained, and potential risks are identified and addressed promptly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the SBA lending portfolio to maintain its health and performance.
- Collaborate with the SBA Portfolio Manager and Business Development Officers on loan monitoring and risk management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all loans in the portfolio.
- Identify potential risks early and take necessary actions to mitigate them.

- A strong background in lending or financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio management and risk assessment.
