About the Role
As an Automotive Master Technician, you'll lead diagnostics and complex repairs on European and exotic vehicles, setting the standard for precision and quality at our Skiatook location. This full-time position combines hands-on technical work with mentorship of our growing technician team, ensuring every vehicle meets our exacting standards before it leaves the bay.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on European and exotic automobiles
- Perform preventive maintenance, engine and transmission work, and detailed troubleshooting
- Lead by example, mentoring junior technicians and maintaining technical excellence
- Document work orders thoroughly and communicate findings clearly with customers
- Manage service bays and maintain professional shop standards
- Solve complex technical challenges using advanced diagnostic tools and methods
What We're Looking For
- Master Technician certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Extensive experience repairing and maintaining European and exotic vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Skiatook
