About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an experienced Porsche Master Technician who takes pride in precision work and high-performance engineering. As a member of the JP Euro team in Silver Springs, you will diagnose, service, and repair Porsche vehicles to exacting standards, helping us deliver the dependable, expert care our clients expect from a leading European and exotic auto shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across the Porsche model range
• Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues using factory-level tools and procedures
• Complete repairs efficiently while upholding strict quality and safety standards
• Document service work clearly and communicate findings to service advisors and customers
• Stay current with evolving Porsche technologies and repair techniques
• Support and mentor fellow technicians to strengthen overall shop expertise

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a seasoned Porsche technician, ideally at a master level
• Deep knowledge of European and exotic vehicle systems and diagnostics
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Genuine passion for automotive performance and craftsmanship
• Willingness to work on-site in Silver Springs, Lyon County (relocation assistance available)
