What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate team members throughout your shift, modeling excellent customer service and hospitality
• Oversee beverage quality, food preparation, and customer interactions with consistent excellence
• Manage shift operations including cash handling, inventory, closing procedures, and compliance
• Support your team's growth and development through coaching and feedback
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve issues with empathy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Collaborate with store management on scheduling, staffing needs, and operational improvements

What We're Looking For

• Prior supervisory or lead experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, or retail
• Natural ability to communicate clearly and inspire team performance
• Genuine passion for customer service and building welcoming spaces
• Organized, reliable approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and standard operational procedures
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
