Role Overview

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter to join our team. This position will be part-time and based in Concord, North Carolina. As a Service Porter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with accurate information about their vehicle's status and services required
• Assist with the preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of vehicles in the service area
• Ensure that all customer interactions are professional and friendly
• Handle inquiries from customers regarding service appointments and procedures
• Support the service department staff by performing various administrative tasks as needed

Who We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Basic knowledge of automotive services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
