About the Role
As the Service Manager–Standby Power (PWR GEN), you will direct the daily operations of the Westbury, Houston branch, owning the scheduling and coordination of all labor and personnel. This full-time, on-site leadership position keeps the service department organized, safe, and focused on delivering dependable power generation support to customers throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day scheduling for all labor and preventative maintenance work within the department.
- Supervise and support branch staff, including Generator Technicians and the Preventative Maintenance team.
- Set workflow priorities to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule.
- Promote and uphold a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Develop and strengthen lasting customer relationships across the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and coordinating a service or maintenance team, ideally in power generation or standby power.
- Strong scheduling, organizational, and workflow-prioritization abilities.
- Solid understanding of generator service and preventative maintenance practices.
