About the Role
As a Call Center Banking Specialist, you'll work in our onsite Highland Park, Wayne County call center supporting customers of a financial services organization. The position runs 2pm–11pm, giving you an afternoon and evening shift schedule in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from customers with banking account questions and credit card concerns
- Assist with account inquiries, balance verification, and transaction details
- Support fraud identification and investigation efforts
- Navigate banking systems and tools to research and resolve issues quickly
- Record interactions and customer information in company systems
- Deliver professional, patient communication with every customer
- Meet quality metrics and performance standards within the call center
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Interest in developing knowledge of banking and credit card support
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities
- Reliable availability for the 2pm–11pm shift
- Dependable transportation to our Highland Park, Wayne County facility
- Comfort using call center systems and software
