About the Role
As an SEO & AI Visibility Specialist, you'll craft and implement comprehensive strategies to elevate EAB's presence across organic search, AI-powered platforms, and emerging discovery channels. You'll blend technical SEO mastery with emerging AI visibility tactics to ensure EAB reaches education leaders and practitioners actively searching for solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute organic search strategies targeting high-intent keywords relevant to education technology, institutional leadership, and student success solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and SEO audits across EAB's digital properties to identify gaps and opportunities in search rankings
- Optimize website architecture, technical infrastructure, and on-page elements for core web vitals and search engine performance
- Develop content strategies that align with both user intent and search engine algorithms, collaborating across marketing and product teams
- Monitor and analyze search performance metrics, using data to inform roadmap prioritization and strategic adjustments
- Stay ahead of AI-driven search trends and optimize EAB's visibility in AI-powered discovery tools and LLM-backed search interfaces
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that showcase SEO impact on lead generation and institutional partnerships
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, and organic growth at B2B or enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and emerging AI-powered search mechanisms
- Proficiency with SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms) and web analytics platforms
- Experience managing complex, multi-property digital footprints or large institutional websites
- Knowledge of education, edtech, higher education, or B2B institutional services is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical SEO insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed, analytical mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and testing new visibility channels
