EY is hiring a Senior Manager of SAP Technology Architecture based in SoMa, San Francisco, to lead enterprise transformation consulting engagements. In this full-time role, you'll combine SAP platform expertise with management acumen to deliver high-impact technology solutions for our largest clients across North America.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager of Technology Architecture in our SAP Consulting practice, you'll drive strategic technology decisions that shape how enterprises modernize and optimize their operations. You'll partner with C-level clients to design and implement SAP solutions that address complex business challenges and unlock measurable value.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end SAP technology architecture engagements, from discovery through implementation and optimization
- Translate client business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technology strategies
- Mentor and develop consulting teams while maintaining delivery excellence on client projects
- Establish thought leadership on SAP best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards
- Collaborate across EY's service lines to deliver integrated consulting solutions
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on technology modernization
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in SAP technology, enterprise architecture, or systems consulting
- Proven track record leading large-scale SAP implementations or optimization programs
- Management experience building and motivating high-performing consulting teams
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules, cloud strategy, and digital transformation
- Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
- Ability to think strategically while staying grounded in technical realities and delivery constraints
