About the Role

As a Claims Representative in our intensive training program, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for injured employees, employers, and medical providers throughout the workers' compensation claims lifecycle. You'll develop expertise in claim investigation, benefit determination, and customer service within a structured, supportive learning environment designed to build your professional foundation in this field.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage workers' compensation claims from initial filing through resolution
• Investigate claims by gathering medical records, reviewing employment information, and communicating with all parties involved
• Determine eligibility and calculate benefits in compliance with California workers' compensation law
• Document claim details accurately and maintain organized case files using our claims management systems
• Coordinate with medical providers, employers, and injured workers to facilitate timely claim resolution
• Respond to inquiries and provide clear, professional communication throughout the claims process
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of claims handling procedures and regulations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn specialized claims software
• Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Genuine interest in workers' compensation and helping others navigate the claims process
