Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse - RMN to join our team at Kings Norton Hospital in Birmingham. As a key member of the healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to adult patients with mental health needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior nursing staff
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medication as prescribed by a medical practitioner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse - RMN to join our team. You should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in mental health nursing, with at least 3 years as a senior role
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
