What This Role Involves
The role of a Senior Software Engineer in Developer Enablement at Quantum-Systems GmbH involves driving technical and process evolution across the organization. You will mentor and guide software teams toward modern engineering practices such as modern monorepos, automated testing, and trunk-based development. Your mission is to eliminate friction by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and streamline workflows, ultimately creating a faster, smoother Developer Experience (DevEx).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your day-to-day mission includes:

- Evaluate and simplify processes to reduce friction in development workflows
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and iterative learning (Kaizen)
- Evolve the build and CI/CD ecosystem for fast, reliable, and reproducible feedback loops for developers
Qualifications
